This 7 bedroom 5 bathroom vacation home has an open floor plan with spacious rooms, an open concept fully stocked kitchen featuring granite countertops, upgraded black appliances and stainless steel black appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen you will find the Dining area. The dining area has seating for 8 guests; there is also a breakfast bar with additional seating for 4. Adjacent to the kitchen and dining room is the living room; this spacious room features a Flat screen TV and a DVD player where guests can enjoy their favorite movies and shows. This spacious vacation rental is unique in that it has 7 bedrooms. While on vacation don’t forget to take advantage of your very own swimming pool included with you vacation rental.

There are three bedrooms downstairs and four upstairs.  The master bedroom located downstairs includes a king sized bed, a flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom features a King sized bed, a themed Flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom complete with a garden tub. The 3rd bedroom includes two Queen sized beds, a flat screen tv and an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The 4th bedroom is unique in that it is located upstairs featuring a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom and a  flat screen TV . The 5th bedroom is themed and features a king sized bed, large hall bath and a flat screen TV. The 6th room features two double sized bunk beds  an en-suite bathroom and a flat screen TV. The final bedroom includes a king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination and a flat screen TV. Please note: Solterra Resort is a new community, that being said you may encounter some construction in the area.
