The Solara Resort and its spectacular amenities are available to you and included in the rental (*Please note there is a small additional fee for the FlowRider Surf Simulator, Bar and restaurant on site).  Some of the amenities included are 24 hour gated security, heated grand pool, sand volleyball court, soccer field, full size basketball court, poolside cabanas, playground, fitness center and teen hangout center.

The home is located within walking distance to all amenities and is one of the first homes in the community.  There are televisions in all the bedrooms, large smart tvs are located in the upstairs movie room as well as the downstairs living room.  Enjoy the game room located in the garage.

Pool and spa heat are available at an additional charge of $45/ day plus tax. 
No pets are allowed and there is a maximum occupancy of 14 guests including children.
