Renting a vacation home or townhome offers comfort and value that hotels simply cannot offer. Most of our homes feature a private screened in pool and are located in resort communities that feature a range of amenities from resort style pools, Clubhouse, fitness center and much more. Our condos and townhomes are located in resort communities with an array of amenities such as resort style pools for guests to enjoy all minutes from Orlando’s area attractions.

All of our vacation homes and condos feature the following:

  • A Washer
  • Dryer
  • A fully equipped kitchen: Utensils, cookware, refrigerator, oven, microwave
  • Bath towels
  • All linens
  • Cable Tv
  • WiFi
  • View the calendar of the property you are viewing and choose available dates.
  • Click the teal “Get Quote” button, you will see a breakdown of the total including tax as well as the amount due in order to book
  • Once you are ready click on the teal “Book it now” button.
  • This will bring you to select your reservation options such as early or late check out, equipment rental or pool heat.
  • ( please note additional options require a fee and are subject to availability. Some options may not be available at all destinations.)
  • Review and agree to our terms & conditions and click “Continue”
  • Once here you will be prompted to enter your Billing and Credit Card information.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard & Discover.
  • Please let us know how you heard of us and any additional comments you may have Click on “Confirm and Submit your reservation”
You will receive an email confirming your booking and payment.

A deposit equal to 20% of your total is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. This deposit is then deducted from your total. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival. If at the time of booking your arrival 30 days or less the full balance is due at the time of booking.

All our vacation rentals are 20 miles from Walt Disney World. Our rentals are located in Clermont, Davenport and Kissimmee.

A mandatory cleaning fee is charged on all stays in order to prep the home for the next guest’s arrival.

All of our vacation rentals are non-smoking, smoking is only allowed outside the unit if a courtyard is available. If any evidence of smoking is found in the home an additional cleaning fee will be applied and will be non refundable.

No pets are allowed in any property, if a pet is found a non refundable fee totaling $250 will be charged to the card provided at the time of booking.

If you would like to stay for a month or longer please call or email us, we offer discounts for longer stays.

  • Check in: begins at 4:00pm, an earlier check in time can be arranged at least 24 hours in advance. All requests are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.
  • Please note that early check in or late check out may not be available during peak seasons. Please provide a photo Id along with a major credit card at time of check in.
  • Check out: begins at 10:00am, a later check out can be arranged with our offices at least 24 hours in advance. Requests are subject to availability and require an additional fee.
  • We apologize if during peak seasons we are not able to accept late check out or early check in.
On the date of your arrival, make your way to our guest check in center located at 12211 Regency Village Dr Orlando, Florida 32821. Our office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00am – 6:00pm. If you are a guest arriving after hours, you will find an envelope with the address of your assigned property as well as registration information. Guests are required by Florida law to check in 24 hours after arrival at our reception desk. Failure to do so may result in denied access to your vacation rental. To expedite the registration process we also offer the option to email you all registration documents for you to fill out. For more information please contact our experienced reservations staff.

Yes, lengths of stay requirements vary by size of property and season.

Changes to any existing reservations must be made 30 days before arrival and are subject to availability. in the event of a cancellation 31 days or more from your date of arrival the deposit given is non refundable. Any additional money paid will be refunded 30 days after cancellation. Cancellations must be made in writing, and cancellation within 30 days of arrival will lose 100% of any money paid. In addition no refunds will be given for no-shows or early departures. If in the event that you cannot travel, your reservation may be moved to a different date. Please note that the home previously booked may not be available for the dates chosen.

Heating of the pool/ or spa is optional and is available for a non refundable fee. Please note there is a 3 day minimum for pool heat. All requests must be at least 24 hours before arrival as not all Tripaway property rentals offer this service.

Maximum occupancy standards are regulated by the county fire marshal and local authorities. Maximum occupancy

  • 2 bedrooms:sleeps 4 to 6
  • 3 bedrooms: sleeps 6 to 8
  • 4 bedrooms: sleeps 8 to 10
  • 5 Bedrooms: Sleeps 10-12
  • 6 Bedrooms: sleeps 12 to 14
